The other night I made a recipe I hadn’t tried in roughly 20 years. This recipe for Southwestern Chicken Pie With Cheddar Pastry is one that I’d clipped from The Seattle Times, when I still lived there.
Reunited Horse Buddies
For whatever reason, several of the horses that are usually pastured alongside my road had been taken away, leaving only one gray stallion alone in the field. There had to be good reason for this because my neighbor, Wally, is very kind to his horses.
