Blue Morning Glories!

Most of you are aware of the lovely planters Bill Loyd made for our Anna Karin Gallery (see previous posts Making Pretty and Petree’s Nursery and Greenhouses, Taos, NM). Well, I wanted you all to know that the blue morning glories are not only planted, they’re THRIVING! I’ve snagged a photo of only one blossom (they come and go pretty quickly), but the vines are already climbing up the window grids and the latia trellis. In a month or so we’re going to be covered over with blue flowers! And you know I’ll be sharing photos of those. But, in the meantime, I wanted to celebrate this fragile new life, making its way in our beautiful, but sometimes unforgiving, land.

Love to you all,
Jeane
