Adam and I have been working with a fabulous graphic designer in Santa Fe, Alex Hanna (invisiblecitydesigns.com), to create a new logo/identity for the blog. I’ve known Alex for quite a few years now. We first worked together when he designed the brochure for the High Road Art Tour. He is the Art Director for the Essential Guides (see previous post The Essential Guide to New Mexico Travel) and has worked on many prestigious projects including a gorgeous book of Glenna Goodacre’s sculpture. To top it off, Alex is simply a very nice guy. It’s always a pleasure to work on a project with him.
We just received his finished logo and Adam and I are both thrilled with what he’s come up with. He incorporated a raven from one of my paintings into the design, which will become the icon representing High Road Artist in many different applications. In fact Adam has just finished a complete redesign of the blog, springing from the logo Alex created.
Thank you Alex, thank you Adam. I am surrounded by talented people. Lucky me.
Love to you all,
Jeane
