You know I couldn’t wait to show you our planters once we put in the flowers! We’ve held back the blue morning glories and the black eyed susans until we can be sure of no frost. But most of the rest are planted. AND Bill installed our third planter. Thank you Bill! We’ve already decided to move the wisteria into the corner pot at the front of the building. We’ll have to make some sort of trellis, but we think it’ll really add to that corner. And Anna sowed a bunch of nasturtium seeds. Can’t WAIT to watch these little beauties grow! You know I’ll be sharing pics. But, for now, I give you the newly planted boxes:
Love to you all,
Jeane
Those are very cool! When you need to plant stuff by an art gallery door you have to think creatively. Did you see our dyepot planters? We don’t have the same skills Bill does, but we did have some resources.
I didn’t see them! I’ll make a point of looking next time I’m there. You know me, sometimes I’m so focused on the “task at hand” that I don’t stop and smell the roses. I must change that, starting with your dyepot planters.
It has really come together beautifully – what a special place. The quintessential New Mexican gallery, born of creativity inside and out. Best wishes and prosperity to you all!
Thanks so much. The old home had its own beauty, story and energy. We just tried to listen to it to do the things that might enhance it, rather than hide it. We are very hopeful for a prosperous season!
Looks GREAT!! Now I must go weed my side gardens…the sun is actually out right now here also:) YEAAAAA!!
We’re very excited for everything to GROW! Our little hothouse babies are facing lots of spring wind right now. Wish I could protect them from the big, cold world! Have fun weeding in the sun.
very sweet fix ups. Gallery just gets cooler & cooler! Will see you there this summer-
Looking forward to it Terri. We feel like the gallery is finally really “blossoming” so to speak.
